Support for carers of people with addiction
Supporting a loved one with addiction is a difficult time for anybody. Addiction affects not just the individual, but everybody around them.
The East Riding Partnership offer an open-access service with help and advice for those who care for people with addiction. They offer drop-in sessions where you can receive one-to-one support and guidance. No appointment is necessary.
Drinking excessive amounts of alcohol can lead to weight gain, insomnia, heart disease, cirrhosis of the liver and mouth, neck and throat cancer.
