Urgent care feedback analysis

Feedback Analysis Report

Thank you to everyone who took the time to give us their feedback as part of our public consultation to improve urgent care services.  The consultation has now closed.

All the feedback has been independently analysed and a report of the analysis is available below.  The Governing Body has carefully considered all the feedback received as well as the clinical evidence and health need before making its final decisions in public, on 21 March 2017.  The Governing Body decision report can be found on our supporting documents page.
