Help us help you stay safe this weekend

With the latest easing of Government lockdown rules, allowing more leisure facilities to open, including bars and pubs, local NHS organisations are asking people to stay alert and reminding them where to go if they need help.

This weekend many of us will be eagerly visiting our local pub for the first time in months, however, it won’t be much fun if the night is interrupted with an injury or health problem that could have been avoided.

To help keep yourself and others safe, please stay alert, drink responsibly and look out for friends and family. Remember to practice good hygiene and social distancing at all times.

If you do need treatment over the weekend, the NHS is here for you.

Please support our NHS by making sure you are familiar with the different places you can go for treatment.

Speak to your local pharmacist if you have diarrhoea, a headache, sickness or other minor ailments or illnesses. Click here to find the latest pharmacy opening hours in Hull and the East Riding.

Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC)

We recommend you call NHS 111 first as they will advise whether you need to attend the UTC. Find out more about East Riding UTCs here and Hull UTCs here.
