2 July 2015

Views gathered at our ‘Better Care’ stakeholder conference were the springboard for the development of health and social care integration.  

Around100 attendees from lead clinicians, CCG Board Members, Partnership Board Members, 

Local Authority Directors, Councillors, Provider staff and Health and Well Being Board members came to the conference.

Their purpose to; showcase local work that has contributed to Better Care; give an overview of progress made to date, and work together on the task of planning future health and social care provision for the local population.
