Declarations of Interest

Historic interests are retained by the CCG for 6 years after the date on which the interest expired. If you require this information please contact the Corporate Services Manager by emailing: ERYCCG.Corporateservices@nhs.net 

The CCG is required to publish any breaches in relation to the CCG’s Conflicts of Interest Policy. There have been no reported breaches in 2017/18.

CCG's Register of Gifts and Hospitality

Staff who work for the CCG are required to declare any offers of gifts or hospitality received in the course of their work. Guidance on what should be declared and how to do this is included in the CCG’s Business Conduct Policy – click here for further information
