Hull and East Riding Drug Formulary

The Joint Formulary was developed and is maintained by the Formulary Sub Committee of Hull and East Riding Prescribing Committee (HERPC).

The formulary aims to promote evidence based, safe and cost-effective prescribing throughout the Hull and East Riding Area. It provides recommendations on 1st and 2nd line drug treatments, and other approved treatments that may be prescribed by a specialist or on advice of a specialist.

The formulary also provides information on Traffic Light Classification of drugs and links to national and local guidelines.

The Joint Formulary was first approved by HERPC in April 2014 and is updated every 2 months.
